Associate Director, HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our global team. This position will serve as a subject matter expert for the US Commercial Function, leading and implementing people programs and initiatives across the business. As a key member of our HR Delivery team, you will collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR COEs, and HR Operations to drive talent outcomes, enhance recruitment efforts, and support employee development.

Responsibilities

• Function as the lead HR Delivery Partner for the US Commercial Function.
• Collaborate with senior managers to develop proactive talent outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
• Lead employee relations inquiries and manage investigations and complaints within the US Commercial Function.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives and global projects.
• Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues and practices to managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US Employment Law.
• Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.

Education and Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline required.
• HR professional certification preferred.
• R&D experience beneficial.
