Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our global team. This position will serve as a subject matter expert for the US Commercial Function, leading and implementing people programs and initiatives across the business. As a key member of our HR Delivery team, you will collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR COEs, and HR Operations to drive talent outcomes, enhance recruitment efforts, and support employee development.
Responsibilities
- Function as the lead HR Delivery Partner for the US Commercial Function.
- Collaborate with senior managers to develop proactive talent outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead employee relations inquiries and manage investigations and complaints within the US Commercial Function.
- Support the implementation of change initiatives and global projects.
- Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues and practices to managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
- Strong knowledge of US Employment Law.
- Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline required.
- HR professional certification preferred.
- R&D experience beneficial.
