Home State Bank, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a full-time Banking Center Manager to join our team at the Woodstock location. The Banking Center Manager will oversee all aspects of a banking center, focusing on customer service, growth, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer a banking center, managing core deposits and loans.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, grow deposits and assets.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a banking center manager.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and comply with regulations.
