Job Description

Dogwood Industries LLC is seeking a General Foreman to join our manufacturing team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The General Foreman will oversee the fabrication of metal assemblies for custom prefabricated structures, ensuring production goals, quality control, and crew safety. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of foreman experience in steel fabrication, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create efficient work processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate metal fabrication across multiple departments.
• Establish efficient work processes to optimize production.
• Ensure quality control measures are met and maintain crew safety.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Quality Assurance Manager to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Foreman in a fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in weld processes, reading shop drawings, and implementing jigs and fixtures.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; computer skills are advantageous.
