Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and labs.

Credentials Required
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in LTC/SNF.
- Active FL RN license and RN degree.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD.
