Job Description
Kiwanda Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to customer orders, maintaining a clean workstation, and upholding kitchen safety standards. This role requires a Food Handler's Certificate, food preparation experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Monitor pizza ovens and cooking times.
- Follow company recipes and maintain inventory.
- Clean workstations and sanitize cooking equipment.
- Plate or package pizzas and manage food orders efficiently.
- Dispose of expired ingredients at the end of shifts.
Requirements
- Food Handler's Certificate.
- Food preparation experience.
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
