Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and community standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
