VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development at Parker Ranch Inc to lead our land portfolio strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for optimizing real estate assets, increasing lease income, and managing complex real estate development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize real estate asset value.
• Grow lease income and oversee development projects.
• Utilize industry expertise to navigate land acquisition and divestment processes.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, particularly in master-planned communities.
• Deep understanding of real estate economics and land acquisition/divestment.
• Experience across different real estate product types.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and maintain relationships.
• Familiarity with Hawaii real estate market and regulations is a plus.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 yearly, with potential for additional compensation and benefits based on performance.
