Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking Full Time LPNs to join Langdon Place of Keene. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, report condition changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing license.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
