Inpatient Rehab RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Inpatient Rehab RN to join ThedaCare's dynamic team at the Neenah Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in the Rehab unit, you will provide specialized care to patients, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and contribute to the high-quality standards of ThedaCare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Ensure compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice.
• Promote innovation and professional development in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• BSN or ADN with agreement to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity for patient care procedures.

Location

ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah, Wisconsin

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holiday schedule rotation.
