Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
- Contribute to enriching activities for residents.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
