Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Main and Lindsay in Mesa, AZ. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Point of Sale (POS) tasks and handle various payment methods.
- Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
- Pricing and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Close-out procedures as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Adhere to Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and math skills.
- Strong communication abilities in English.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Pass background check and drug screening where applicable.
