Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cashier to join our team at McDowell Store located at 2665 N. Power Rd in Mesa, Arizona. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining the store's standards. Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all forms of payments at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Solicit cash donations from customers during transactions.
- Price merchandise accurately and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stock merchandise and follow store standards.
- Engage with customers, greet them, and thank them for their patronage.
- Adhere to Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in English reading and speaking.
