Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Child Behavior Specialist to join our team at Assure Health LLC. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children in alignment with the mission of Positive Leaps. While experience with children and adolescents is preferred, we offer training opportunities to develop your skills.
Our private practice fosters autonomy and community, offering a range of training modalities through our Mindfully Academy. This role is based in West Chester, OH, with full-time or part-time day shifts available.
Sign-on Bonus
- $250 after 90 days.
- $500 at the 1-year anniversary.
- Total of $750.

Responsibilities
- Create structured learning environments.

- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work.
- Ohio Social Worker License.
- Great communication skills and ability to work in an active environment.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Ability to pass background checks.
