Early to Rise, located in Nopa, is San Francisco's newest brunch destination. We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our full-service restaurant with operational excellence and effective leadership. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive, energetic work culture and providing amazing food experiences to our loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead with passion, drive, and awareness, setting the pace for the restaurant staff.
• Communicate effectively with all staff members, provide solutions, and initiate teamwork.
• Develop team members by identifying strengths and weaknesses, giving feedback, and creating action plans.
• Oversee scheduling strategically and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently during busiest shifts.
• Manage administrative duties, ensure facility compliance, and meet profitability targets.

Requirements
