Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that oversees the safety and well-being of the children of members and guests during their visits to the facility. This role involves ensuring that everyone who enters KidCare feels welcome, maintaining the safety of children, and delivering engaging and entertaining programs, while also maintaining a clean and well-maintained KidCare center.

Deliverables

Operational Responsibilities

• Support Staffing and Training: Forecast upcoming staffing needs, conduct interviews, schedule and facilitate training for new Child Care Attendants (CCAs), and create a welcoming environment for candidates and new hires.
• Upholds KidCare Standards: Ensure everyone feels welcome, engage with members and mini-members in a positive manner, drive policy execution, manage operating costs, ensure fun and entertaining programming, and guide flawless playbook execution.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Build and Develop a High Performing Team: Establish a culture that adheres to core values, and drive accountability. Responsible for attracting, hiring, coaching, and maximizing the engagement of the operations team.
• Coach and Support Ongoing Team Member Development: Demonstrate enthusiasm for VASA values, build trust and strong relationships with team members, and provide coaching and feedback.
