Job Description

We are hiring a Resident Services Coordinator II to bring their passion for resident engagement into our community. Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for psychosocial and supportive services, conducting assessments of potential residents, and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, and conducting assessments of potential residents.
  • Recommending appropriate levels of residency and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety.
  • Developing referral networks within the community for available services and educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents.

  • Compensation: $52,000 - $64,000 Depending on Experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a health care setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of geriatric population and dementia preferred.
