Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living, Novi, Michigan
Job Description
Join our team at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living, a gated 108-acre continuing care retirement community. We're hiring an HVAC Mechanic to ensure the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community. This position may require State licensing/certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
- Inspect, monitor, and evaluate the efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

Requirements
- High School or GED.
- One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to implement all plans formulated by the Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
- Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and work with residents and staff.
