Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and internal communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal teams for streamlined processes and increased productivity.
• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other brand events.
• Generate and distribute accurate reports on a regular basis, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
• Proficiency in ERP databases, CRM systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
