Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Outcomes Specialist with a strong background in Acute Care to join LifeBridge Health's team. The Clinical Outcomes Specialist will collaborate with nurses and patients to enhance quality care outcomes, implement evidence-based practices, and drive positive changes in nursing care within the acute care setting. As a key member of the Department of Clinical Excellence, the role will focus on leading sustainable improvements in professional nursing practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Services team to enhance nursing care quality.
- Lead sustainable changes to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Acute Care.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
