Job Description

The Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader will oversee catering and special events operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading a team, coordinating event logistics, and driving sales through effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead Catering and Special Events team in alignment with operational goals.
• Manage food preparation, application processes, and event scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
• Supervise partners, address guest complaints, and handle cash transactions.
• Perform cashier duties, prepare food, and oversee event setup.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of Food Service/Hospitality experience.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17.4-$17.45
