VitalCore Health Strategies, an industry leader in Correctional Health Care, is seeking a Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional at Weber County Correctional Facility in Ogden, Utah for a Full-Time position. Join our team to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact on individuals in a correctional environment. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, therapy sessions, crisis management, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer assessments and provide mental health treatment.
• Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy.
• Participate in crisis stabilization, evaluations, and consultation with medical and community services.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for treatment planning and discharge coordination.

Requirements

• Licensed as a CMHC, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience in behavioral health and correctional settings.
• Strong clinical skills, including crisis management and documentation.
• Graduation from a Master's level program and relevant work experience.
