Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions, recommend adjustments in care levels, and participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote Risk Management programs, and deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities, following the Principles of Service.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and team-oriented mindset.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
