CNC Machinist 2nd Shift

Job Description:

Conval Inc, a leading provider of Severe Service Industrial Valves, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, producing high-quality parts, and meeting production goals and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components.
• Operate numerical controlled lathes or machining centers for various tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, select tools, and align machines.
• Check product quality using measuring tools, detect operation issues.
• Maintain machines through cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

CNC Operator Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and gauging knowledge.
• Prior experience with Mazak and Mazatrol is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available for 2nd shift, Mon-Thu, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.
