Community Relations Director

Job Description

Quail Park, a leading memory care community in West Seattle, is looking for a skilled Community Relations Director to take charge of sales and marketing activities. Join our dedicated team in promoting Quail Park Memory Care as the premier choice for memory care services in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance community reputation and achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and provide regular reports to the Executive Director.
• Plan and organize community outreach programs and events to engage with referral sources and potential clients.
• Manage community media advertising and marketing collateral inventory.
• Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed census goals, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management.
• Lead and train team members on customer service, sales processes, and marketing skills.
• Maintain departmental budget and assist in other management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior marketing experience in senior housing or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective networking relationships.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work full-time with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
