Join our expanding team across multiple locations: Indigo Real Estate is looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to join our premier property management company and affordable housing operator in the Greater Seattle area. As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork, generating compliance reports, updating property details in Yardi software, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Generate monthly compliance reports.
• Update Yardi software with property details.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
• 2+ years of compliance-focused experience in property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
