Job Description
Indigo Real Estate, a premier property management company, is seeking a talented Compliance Manager to join our team across multiple locations. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties comply with tax credit and affordable housing program requirements. Your duties will include reviewing and processing certification paperwork, updating property details in Yardi software, conducting compliance audits, and generating reports. We value excellent communication, proactive decision-making, collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tax Credit and affordable housing programs.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Yardi Rentcafe is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of compliance-focused property management experience.
- High School Diploma, driver's license, and automobile insurance.
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour (+ bonuses) based on experience.
