Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a key role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities related to restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. This position involves developing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sales generation and exceeding targets
- Managing revenue production and profit margins
- Overseeing AR & Collections process
- Managing near-term opportunities and business development activities
- Estimating proficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams for mitigation, reconstruction, and business development
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role
