Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales initiatives to meet or exceed monthly and yearly targets
- Ensuring revenue production according to monthly goals
- Managing project budgets to maintain target margins
- Overseeing AR & Collections to maintain a healthy financial position
- Developing business opportunities through marketing activities
- Proficiency in project estimating and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams for successful project execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Proficiency in Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills with Xactimate knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role
