Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with owners and managers of various properties, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services related to man-made or natural disasters.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and/or large loss experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and estimating software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of project management and financial processes
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
