Foundever is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls. You will have the opportunity to work on-site and collaborate with a supportive team to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers while navigating screens.

  • Enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
