Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our renowned team at Heeter Printing Co. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing client projects, implementing account plans, and showcasing our operational capabilities. Your role will involve recommending innovative ideas to enhance our customer service approach and drive productivity, growth, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing issues and responding to inquiries.
  • Create detailed job tickets to guide the production team, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Monitor the production process, participate in daily meetings, and proactively seek solutions to challenges.
  • Handle monthly billing for managed jobs and advocate for the implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in computer/email usage, Microsoft suite, and quick to adapt to new applications/platforms.

Requirements

  • Preferably familiar with the print industry and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus.
