Donation Attendant - FT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join the team at McDowell Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a key member of the store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive brand experience for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from customers with excellent service and efficiency.
• Label Gaylords accurately and offer receipts to donors.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production room according to company standards.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
• Participate in daily safety inspections and uphold safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check and drug screening as required.
