Donation Attendant - PT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at the Greenfield Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive brand experience for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers with outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Offer a receipt to every donor.
• Assist donors with hazardous product disposal.
• Write sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Help customers load and unload items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Provide floor care at the retail store as required.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Forklift certification ability.
• Proficient English communication.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Passing background check and drug screen where applicable.
