Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at McDowell Store (Power & McDowell). As a key part of the store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, organizing donations, and assisting with various tasks to support Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.
Starting Pay: $14.50/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Receive donations from customers and offer excellent customer service.
- Label items correctly for organization and sales purposes.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
- Maintain organization in the production room following set standards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and conduct safety inspections.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Forklift certification class completion.
- Proficiency in English.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
