Job Description
Early Intervention Specialist II (EIS II) at ATI Physical Therapy plays a key role in providing industrial/office ergonomics, job site analysis, and multi-site reports. Additionally, the EIS II serves as a lead for multi-staff locations and supports the AWS injury triage line. This position also involves mentoring EIS I employees.
Responsibilities
- Participate in job site evaluations with the employer.
- Actively support the injury triage app through service performance.
- Collect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports.
- Participate as an EIS mentor and alert Industry Manager for critical performance issues.
- Serve as a leader of a group when client site utilizes multiple EIS's and communicate leadership messages, alerting IM of site-specific concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years' experience in the industrial setting or 5 years' experience in a professional setting.
- Subject matter expert on data interface and client reporting.
- Ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives.
- Certified/Licensed AT or PTA and CPR certification.
