Registered Nurse - Occupational Health
Location: Saline, MI

Job Description
Provide occupational health services for employees at client locations, including medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care. Perform clinical duties consistent with your education, certification, and competency levels.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses; conduct risk and health assessments; and provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, care referrals, return to work, and support of client Leave of Absence management.
- Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early intervention specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Licensed/certified LPN or RN
- Preferred: Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
- 2 years providing occupational health services or other related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs; ability to develop meaningful professional relationships with clients for successful coaching; ability to execute on performance goals; ability to work with AWS site personnel and client personnel; comfortable presenting to groups; a solid team player who also demonstrates maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity, and support for clinic operations; deadline-driven; strong verbal and presentation skills; ability to multi-task
