ED HUC/Tech

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated ED HUC/Tech to join the team at River's Edge Hospital. This position is part-time, with the opportunity to work 10-hour shifts from 10a-10p, every third weekend, and holiday. As an essential part of the Emergency Department, the ED Tech will collaborate with the ED RN and provider to deliver direct and indirect patient care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the ED RN and provider to provide quality patient care.
• Execute basic direct and indirect patient care tasks, as directed.
• Assist in additional duties under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or Provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• EMT or Paramedic certification preferred.
• At least one year of recent experience in ambulance service or an Emergency Department.
• BLS Certification.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: $17.93 per hour

Maximum Salary: $21.96 per hour
