Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in food preparation techniques and safety standards.
  • Prepare and assemble entrees, sandwiches, sauces, and vegetables accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle advance preparations as required for daily operations.
  • Thrives in a busy a la carte dining setting with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Work independently following instructions with precision.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary Associate Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant environment is essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
