We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront North team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
