Job Description
CRMG is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our team at Sandyplace Apartment Homes in Sandy, OR. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds under the direction of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. This position offers an hourly rate of $17-$19/hr for 24 contracted hours per week, with additional benefits including a $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and comprehensive employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Clean and upkeep assigned areas of the property.
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Operate a golf cart for property maintenance.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Understanding of landlord/tenant, State, and Federal Laws.
