Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a global presence. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing financial data, and ensuring cost efficiency within the organization. Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective collaboration with our team in Japan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and manage material transactions effectively.
- Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Direct the Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
