Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing production costs and assets while collaborating with the team in Japan. Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for managing production costs.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
