Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a rich history of innovation and quality. This full-time position requires fluency in Japanese and expertise in cost accounting and management, specifically with CADIOS and SAP S4 HANA.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage production costs using the system.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work closely with Japan for optimization.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
