Inside Sales Representative - $20/hr

LC Staffing is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative role with a building products supply company. Pay

$20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer product needs and design specifications in person or over the phone.
• Act as a liaison between various departments and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, pricing, complaints, deliveries, and installations, and follow up with customers.
• Create accurate invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.
• Coordinate special product purchases and deliveries.
• Handle cash registers, research credits, returns, and late payments.
• Initiate sales-generating outreach to customers.
• Participate in company training programs to enhance knowledge of construction.
• Identify sales opportunities through market research and product knowledge.
• Provide technical support to drafting and engineering teams.
• Analyze and size lumber products using specialized software.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of building material industry experience with sound product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP program.
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
