Job Description

Join our team at Willow Lake Store in Prescott, Arizona, as a Janitor. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash and recycling, and other janitorial duties as needed. This position offers a starting pay of $14.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
• Maintain company property and report incidents.
• Coordinate major repairs or additions to building systems.
• Stock supplies and set up conference rooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Clean building floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• One year of janitorial service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency in English.
