Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at the McKellips Store. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, trash collection, and other janitorial tasks as needed. This role plays a crucial part in upholding the standards of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Notify leadership of cleaning supplies and equipment requirements.
- Report any incidents of theft or property damage.
- Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, including stocking supplies.
- Clean building floors and surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning materials.
- Handle bio-hazardous materials with care.
- Model Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 1 year of janitorial experience or related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in English.
