Salary: $100,700 - $118,400 per year

Basic Purpose
As a Labor Relations Manager at NV Energy, you will be responsible for managing the regional development, planning, and implementation of labor strategy and policies. You will promote collaborative labor relations, lead contract negotiations, handle arbitrations, and ensure compliance with labor requirements. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with unions, government agencies, and contribute to contract negotiation strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement labor strategy and policies
- Manage interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and escalated concerns
- Participate in contract negotiations and grievance meetings
- Build and maintain labor/management relationships
- Assist with union contract negotiation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial relations, or related field with 6 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of labor relations, HR practices, and employment laws
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiating labor contracts and administering grievances

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $100,700 - $118,400 with incentive plan
