Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM). Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments to clients.
- Deliver professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Offer direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process.
- Act as a Team Lead when required for work assignments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.
- Maintain a safe patient environment adhering to safety policies and standards of care.
- Required to stand and bend for extended periods.
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and fill in as needed.
- Strong bedside manner and communication skills.
- Successful completion of Ishihara’s Color Blind Test is mandatory.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
