Job Description

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team at TPC Louisiana, home to the prestigious Zurich Classic of New Orleans, located just outside of downtown New Orleans in Avondale. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and ensuring food safety standards are met. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a premier golf course setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in food preparation or culinary training.
  • Basic knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

Physical Demands

This position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It also involves close vision and manual dexterity for food preparation tasks.
