Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN-ACUTE, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and quality care to our residents and patients on the Brain Health Unit. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule, including weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma) and possession of a License for Practical Nursing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
- Current AHA BLS CPR Certification.
